February 2008
The best indication of a successful project and a satisfied customer is choosing the same builder for a second time without hesitation.
We were very pleased with the quality and workmanship of TANDI HOMES with our first custom home, so there was no one else we would trust with our second project
We had purchased an older home with a beautiful lot with hopes to demolish and build new.
As our particular lot was in an. older neighbourhood, to rebuild brought out some hidden Requirements that were not only unexpected but also quite overwhelming as we soon were involved with engineers, city agreements and grading plans. Our excitement had faded and we were very stressed.
This is
where Peter Tancredi's years of experience helped us through the process of
city permits, rules and regulations.
Peters sound track record in the area and respect within the industry
proved to be invaluable as he guided us through the complicated process with
support and expertise.
When we were finally able to break ground, we felt very comfortable that we had made all the right choices and with the technicalities behind us our focus was kept on our personal touches and custom finishes. Patience and genuine input was always present in the many meetings and countless hours spent fine-tuning all our custom details.
The tradesmen were a pleasure to work with, most of them working with Peter already for many years.
As our house plans evolved over the months into the beautiful home in which we now live,
We are
flattered by the frequent compliments we receive.
Our home is beautiful, well appointed and of superior quality.
We would like to thank Peter and Ann Marie for their professionalism, expertise and friendship.
I would recommend., without hesitation, TANDI HOMES to any of our friends.

AUTOTEXTLIST Dear Peter,
AUTOTEXTLIST Subject: Building the Northlawn Avenue home
Now that our house has been completed, we thought we'd provide you with feedback on our experiences while working with you.
In researching the selection of a builder for our home, we discussed our goals with a few builders. Joanne had sent you plans for quotation and your response time was two to three days, while other builders took in excess of three weeks. Upon visiting your site in Ancaster, we were pleased with the homes under construction and your standard features were aligned with our needs. While leaving the site, we managed to talk to one of your customers in the neighbourhood, who told us that working with you was, "The best experience I've ever had". This convinced us that you were the right person for this job.
While designing and scoping this project, both you and Ann-Marie had been very accommodating and easy to work with. During the construction, your availability and prompt attention to our e-mails and calls has been very much appreciated. In fact, you usually responded within one or two days, which was very comforting to us. Your personal attention meant that we dealt with you directly, avoiding any confusion and miscommunication. Our involvement in every detail of the building process and your personal attention meant that success would be assured.
One of the most frustrating and difficult things to do is to co-ordinate moving from one home to another, especially into a home that is being built. Our original closing date was for early-to-mid spring and an offer was made for our old home which had a very early closing date. You saved us a ton of aggravation by moving up the closing date by seven weeks! This will be the fourth home that Joanne and I have had built. In each of the other homes, not only was the closing date delayed, there were significant portions of the home that needed to be completed after the closing. With this home, the only thing remaining was pouring the concrete in the garage and laying the sod, both being scheduled for the spring for obvious reasons.
Your after sales service is no different than the construction. It has been excellent. The 'Pre-delivery' inspection form and any subsequent issues have been resolved in a very timely manner due to your personal attention and diligent follow up.
Finally, while we were in the midst of moving into the house, you arrived with a very large, beautiful plant for our hallway. This was icing on the cake and is a constant reminder of the success of our project. Expecting horror stories, people were amazed when I told them how well the project was progressing.
Within one week of moving into the house, we realized it was exactly what we envisioned.
Thank you very much for building our dream home.
Best Regards,

Subject: A THANK YOU NOTE
Peter
We would like to thank you for your prompt and courteous attention to the insulation problem we had over our kitchen at our new home. It's reassuring to know we have a home builder who stands behind his quality product and is willing to offer excellent customer service if the need arises.
Also, many thanks for helping the neighbourhood with the clearing of the snow from our driveways when we had the recent major snow storm. It was greatly appreciated.
